- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- You have proof of purchase

- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear images showing the issue
In such cases, Jesus Fever will:
- Cover return shipping costs, and
- Offer a replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability

Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via your original payment method

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Products purchased on final sale or clearance
